DESCRIPTION:It’s spooky season!\nJoin Kamloops Burlesque on Saturday Oct 14 as we move into the time of year where the veil between the land of the living and the dead is thinnest. Our “I Hear Dead People” show will consist primarily of acts created to the music of artists who are no longer with us\, their voices raising from beyond the grave.\nWe have a very special treat (no tricks!) this show\, with our guest headliner\, Déjà Louve! Déjà Louve has been performing burlesque since 2014\, prowling her way across stages in Canada\, the United States\, and Panama. With a love of sultry blues and heavy-hitting industrial\, Déjà pairs classic elegance with raw\, carnal power into a performance style you’ll want to see over and over again.\nAccompanying Déjà will be our special guest performer\, Vivian Brass! Vivian Brass appeared on the burlesque scene when she took the first of many classes with the Vancouver Burlesque Company in early 2019. Her love for this sensual art only grew from then on.
