Professional musician\, Quinton will play relaxing and psychedelic guitar riffs with a variety of pedals. \nThe pure tones offered in a sound bath facilitate DEEP REST & RESET for the nervous system. \nEach singing bowl (note) corresponds with a different chakra/energy center in the body\, bringing alignment to the physical and energetic body. The vibration frequencies of crystal singing bowls have the ability to move through skin\, fluid and bones of the body\, creating a full body relaxation and re-calibration down to the level of cellular structure.
